Steps of skimming and taking notes:
o   Read the section titles.  Turn the title  into a questions
o   Write the W? (who, what, where, when, why, how) on the note-card after the title question.
o   Read each section and find the answers to the W?.
o   Write key words and phrases to answer each W?
·         Summary Statement: Using the information from the note card, write ONE SUMMARY STATEMENT SENTECE that answers the Title Question of the Note Card
